Refunds
If you cancel 72hrs before your tour you are able to get 100% refund, cancellations outside of this time will result in forfeiture of your payment (applies to individual tour experiences).
Group Bookings
Depending on the group size and requirements, at minimum 6 weeks booking in advance is required, please send an email with your group needs and size where we can better advise on booking and cancellation information.
What to expect on experiences
- All equipment needed for experiences will be provided by the tour company.
- Transportation is not included.
- 12% government tax is applied to all charges.
- Come with an open mind and ready to immerse into all that Turks and Caicos has to offer!
